If you do decide to do mailer(s), then I would advise you to personalize the card and do a handwritten note.

I see so many (residential) leases on deals here in Milwaukee that are a copy of a copy of a lease written on a typewriter in the 1900s, maybe a few handwritten additions..Every State is different.

But the font he used was clearly to go out of his way to make it look hand written by choosing that font when we can all see that it’s digital.

There are companies that can do handwritten letters for you.

Maybe leaving a goodie basket and a handwritten note or something of the sort for your first few guests.
