I also added four fluorescent fixtures (used) from ReStore to my garage at home - about $32 total, including tubes and spare tubes.The ReStore does sometimes have new windows and doors that were overstocks, or a special order that somebody didn't go through with, or things like that.

I intend to do everything to the letter of the law, and as part of the sales contract, we are doing the full lead inspection with X-ray fluorescence, and any remediation that needs to be done.

Within 12 months, when you drove by the property at night, ALL the apartments had a bright yellow glow from their windows...We ended up changing the light fixtures to HP sodium and/or fluorescent to solve the theft problem.
