I have decided not to purchase the mentor program with Carson and Jackson Weiner.

The ones who are struggling will be happy to sell mentorships...Everything you need to know is available for free, network, add value and be humble and you'll get way more back than you'd ever get from a paid program.

@Michael Prejean I'd say consider working with the person who is in the market you intend to work in, can show you proof of concept(Not just great advertisement), can provide references.Further you should understand what the program looks like. 

It was about 6K but i viewed it as an investment, my first flip 3 months into the program I made 60k, well worth it!

I'm curious how many of you have experience with using these programs.
