Hello BPers I was going to attend my first local investor event/meet up and was wondering what people normally wear to these things.

I've gone to a meet up out here but I guess I missed my chance looking for a private money lender because a hard money lender was interested in my deal. 

Does anyone know any type of real estate meet ups that are happening in Chicago in the month of January?

Hi Sean, With all due respect, unlikely meeting the requirements is not very useful information. 

I've found this to be super helpful: When someone inquires about the property Thank them and Send them the pre-requirements (Income, credit, no evictions) and ask if they meet them.

The sellers says it's just college boys and that's to be expected.He's currently getting good rents...as unbelievable as it may seem and if cleaned/fixed up it could make more as well as increase the value of the property.We own several coworking/coliving properties in the US and Mexico, so we are used to hospitality and properties out of state.However, my questions are;Is this a norm for college students, or student housing? 

If my boy turned 18 on April 1st - does he escape FICA for the first 3 months of the year and starts paying it from April forward?
