Tough hit, great attitude.  

Most are folks that have the emotional control of a 5 year old, controlling attitude, an omniscient narrative in every thread & topic, act like an online hall monitor, and constant attention seeking. 

Most mentors are more oriented toward the positive mental attitude of slugging through finding a property, which can be trying to a lot of people.

Very refreshing to see such a great and clear plan and attitude.. net work=>net worth  usually:)

Strictly advice to move forward in these ventures.Your attitude may be the best thing about your ability going forward. 

He is a liar, in over his head, does not work for you but has the attitude that you work for him.

-the attorneys quoting you $3k are NOT eviction attorneys and are basically charging you as they learn.Move forward with the eviction unless the tenant improves their attitude.

So much easier to do this anywhere but where you are.Of course you can do this anywhere if you are willing to work your butt off have a great attitude....but why make things  more difficult? 

You deliberately glossed over all the other topics I mentioned.  2 1/2 pages of questions on Schedule B is more than "a few".Taxes today ain't 1967's taxes and taking the attitude that they are isn't of service to anybody.
