Has anyone worked with Mario Cotto and his team. He is based out of Mooresville, NC in the Lake Norman Area.

We are contemplating a syndication deal for some commercial office space. Seems like a terrific guy. Just checking to see if anyone knows big on BP?

I dealt with him a ur ago. He hides behind these "partners" and never go thru with the deal. If he wants to make a deal you better get 5 percent due diligence money up front. The first words out of his mouth will be I aint putting any money down". He love to quote that he has partner attorneys that say this and that. He is nothing more than a wannabe investor that doesn't have a pot to piss in. After I cut he and his now wife loose I sold the property for more money 30 days later after we they made fake jim.bakker promises for 45 days.  Beware of the snake oil salesman
