I want to open a PO box with my local usps store but I read they don't receive letters/packages from FedEx and ups.What would you recommend, USPS or UPS box?

Thats an important question to ask nowadays, we were scammed by a marketing/SEO company who is now overseas and has a PO box in US only so basically untouchable.

In terms of selling a property, parts of Cleveland require a POS (Point of Sale) Inpsection, but I'm not too familiar with what all that entails.

And when his kids spit in his face and call him a POS that ruined their lives, he won't bat an eye before trying to convince them it was all their fault, they should have been more careful, done their due diligence, before choosing their biological parent.
