Reverse Wholesaling seems smarter than traditionally Wholesaling - buying a property, then finding an investor.Is there a right way or wrong way to Wholesale?

I use wholesalers, direct sale by owner, and MLS as sources.

Is there any other way besides a double closing to keep what im making on a wholesale  undisclosed to the seller?

It appears to have been fully renovated.I suspect that the listing agent is some kind of wholesaler and here's why.
