Hey Everyone! I'm a relatively new investor to the Anchorage Alaska area. I currently wholesale properties throughout the states and am looking for great deals in my new home. My short term goals are to 1) establish a working relationship with home flippers in the area and to cater to their needs profit wise  2) Help motivated sellers quickly get out of what can be a bind. My long term goals include 1) Build my Buy and Hold portfolio 2) Retire from my day job and invest full time so  I can be closer to my family. 3) Stay awesome
