However got a few quotes of virtual full service folks that charge around 50-60 bucks a month, this will cut deep if the cash flow is only around 150-200 bucks on a typical property.

Or cheaper option wold be to use a virtual mailbox that comes with a real address as well. 

It's pretty common practice to use a PO Box or virtual mailbox for mail as opposed to your home address so it cant be linked back you so easily.

All of them are virtual though due to COVID.Private money is tough to find unless you know the right people and have a proven track record.
