Best Way to Setup Virtual address for buying properties
Hi Team,
I am looking to invest in buy and hold properties , I hired legal zoom to setup my LLC in the state i plan on purchasing. However i just found out i needed to have a physical address in the state of doing business. However got a few quotes of virtual full service folks that charge around 50-60 bucks a month, this will cut deep if the cash flow is only around 150-200 bucks on a typical property. Any advice ?
