It is my understanding that since the funds originated from LLC1, even despite passing through Mgt LLC and over to LLC2, it would be viewed legally as co-mingling proceeds from one LLC into another, thus one entity. 

A lot of the search platforms have most of the information the MLS provides as well.

My view is that if you forego the tub you eliminate most families with young children.

View some properties, walk around neighborhoods, pick a different area to explore each time you head out, spend some time in the area, you really learn a lot that way.
