I "think" this would show a little more due diligence on my part of making sure the guests understood the rules.#3 - In my rental agreement I have the guest enter the names of each person staying at the cabin and re-iterate the policy concerning how many people are allowed at each property, and that any additional guests beyond what is listed in this agreement will need to have my prior approval.

The fee for the inspection was $60 and any owner who failed to comply with the inspection requirement or who occupied the premises without the certificate of occupancy was guilty of a minor misdemeanor.In its lawsuit the plaintiffs sought a declaratory judgment that the ordinance was unconstitutional, an injunction against the city from enforcing the ordinance and restitution of the $60 inspection fee.

Its real what he does.. its HUGE money and you just need a license to do it.. cost maybe 1,500 bucks.. apprentice at a commercial brokerage.. but there is no hype to it get rich quick in wholesaling BS... if these folks only knew and understood the big world of real estate out there other than this stuff.. sheesh.. pretty frustrating that these folks are so impressionable and really don't have a clue were the money is made in RE.
