Inspection or No Inspection?
As a newbie in wholesaling should I get or order an inspection until Im able to eye ball major repair cost?

When I was buying single family rentals, I only wanted to deal with wholesalers that understood their rehab costs. I do not think you can be an effective wholesaler without that. But, I wouldn't say the best way to learn rehab costs is from hiring an inspector. Find an experienced investor or flipper or maybe a long-time wholesaler to learn from.
