Thanks Mark, I work as a travel RN contract work in areas for 13 weeks, so I am off work right now trying to decide my options on my condo I'm renting in Indianapolis.

Do I need to travel there to ultimately get the deal done if I find a buyer?  

I live North of Atlanta but do travel to meetings all over.

Anyway, some governments and merchants have started working together to revitalize cities and neighborhoods (appreciation), walking distance is becoming more popular (appreciation in small pockets), internet allows for more distance (unfettered) based jobs, unfettered jobs allows for more travel (airBNB and rental markets in higher demand), high unforgivable student debt suggests renting longer than previous generations. 

I'm a full time employee who travels a lot and has a crazy schedule.

But, we'd like to travel, extensively, multiple trips, for months at a time, every year.

My wife and I have spent the last year living our dream of traveling the country full time.

I travel a ton for work and love it  I really want to learn about wholesaling, which I am in the process of doing now on this site and other sites.

I am Permanent Resident here and have lived in Great Neck New York with my family here for a couple of years in total as Ive been travelling back and forth from my country and the states.I would like to get started in Real Estate Investing!
