There are a LOT of people that have money, but no time, knowledge, or experience.

I tested 5-6 people on Fiverr who claimed to have access to Lexis Nexis, TLO and such skip tracing tools.

Some people doing this strategy will rent STR in seasonal markets when there's high demand and high turnover and then pivot to midterm during the off season.

The personal aspect that people like seems to be lost. 

If you don’t plan on working as a traditional agent helping people buy/sell properties it may be best to save your time/money and just dive deep into wholesaling. 

Many people do this, others don't.

The first question you would want to ask...do people come to this area to camp, or would they want a home?
