I'd also suggest trying to attend local Rei clubs to network and meet other investors.

I personally have not but they are active at the REI clubs and I would ask there amongst an audience where many have done business with them.

But if I formed a club consisting of residents who wished to buy fresh vegetables at low prices (it's a private community), and if I then made it an unincorporated non-profit (which is not commercial), I could skirt that section of the regulations.

I would start going to local networking groups like Chamber of Commerce, Business Network International and most of all Real Estate Investor Clubs.

I will also look into joining a REI club and get involved.
