Newbie out of Southern California
Hey everyone - newbie out of Southern California. I want to start wholesaling, and I have picked my area where I want to begin marketing. What do you guys suggest I start with first?
-Should I just start marketing and paying for lists and sending out yellow letters and post cards and putting up bandit signs? Do I need to get an attorney, do I need to have an LLC setup, and what other areas am I missing that I need to make sure I have before I begin.
Thanks a million in advance!
