According to him, it turns out all the trash was coming into my sewer line/pipe from the streets because the cap from the pipe had came off and he doesnt know how it came off but that’s how all the things on the streets were coming into the pipe causing the clogging.

The house is on the outer street with woods across the street, and a recreation center on the other side of the woods.The man has set up shop at the edge of the woods a few houses up the street.I’m sure this is a huge deterrent for most when buying a house; it would give me pause as well.What should I do?
