DMV - DC - Homeless person - Set up shop - Right before Sale

Aaron Hughes
Posted

Hello,

My name is Aaron, my brother & I have been renovating my Grandma’s house and are now at the point of Sale.

Days before, a homeless man set up shop a few houses up from ours.

Setting: Neighborhood In SE, DC. The house is on the outer street with woods across the street, and a recreation center on the other side of the woods.

The man has set up shop at the edge of the woods a few houses up the street.

I’m sure this is a huge deterrent for most when buying a house; it would give me pause as well.

What should I do?

What can I do?

Has anyone been in a similar situation?

Please help!

Thank you very much!

Respectfully,

Aaron

so he is down the street from the house and not in it? I'd call that a win.
