Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Toledo.

Purchase price: $5,000
Cash invested: $12,000

Two Single Family homes next to one another with a shared driveway. In am currently house hacking in the 3 bedroom home as I near completion of the renovations (done all myself). I hope to rent it out by Nov. 1st. The rehab on the 4 bedroom 2 bath will be substantial. I am not certain it will be worth the money and time. Any advice is welcome!
