Or if the LL gave you permission to vacate the unit and, agree in writing, that you would not be responsible for any further rent after move-out.Did the LL give you specific details? 

I started with one duplex and now own 1250 units (mostly larger apartment complexes.For now, I'd say keep your powder dry and get more education through some very specific books.Sound good?

Tell her to contact city inspectors to come in and see the problems,, they will issue owner a fix / repair to their specifications..
