I just did that on a 15 unit I have under contract where the owner was very slow to provide information.

Things have slowed down a lot, days on market are increasing but prices have not really come down yet... but they should start coming down I think (hoping).

However, the contractor that did the work is not being very responsive.

We set up a marketing campaign there and got a decent response with some good leads.

That's been the biggest thing apart from late payments, slow turnovers, lack of communication, letting properties just sit vacant
