Whats your plan to get started & what areas/price range are your seeking?

Something like that happens and you find a community like Bigger Pockets, you seek mentors and advice, you find books you never looked for like Meditations by Marcus Aurelius.

I would welcome the advice and guidance of a mentor, and believe a positive relationship with good teacher is beneficial to both parties.Thank you for reading my introduction.

Our company is currently seeking investors that are interested in fix and flips, buy an hold properties and any other general rehab needs.The Owner of the company is a licensed and insured Contractor.

In his books Kiyosaki says the wealthy seek loopholes and actively participate in tax avoidance.
