Hey @Frank Apap - owning any rental property comes with its own set of tax advantages but I would recommend doing more research if I'm in your shoes. 

Ask friends for recommendations, call and interview them and find one who really understands your business and that you mesh with.Jon

Nothing worse than a lender who overpromises and under delivers so have your agent recommend a good one who they know will provide good customer service and close on time.
