Definitely learn how to find and read public recorded data for your county (counties).  

Public records makes no mention of Gloria ever being added to the deed.

I googled the address and looked at the other publicly available listings.

I've been able to find out plenty of valuable information on various properties just by making friendly conversation with neighbors.2) Public records.

Reason being, this sidewalk I assume is within the public right of way i.e it's the city's property not yours technically.

The vast majority of our interactions with the public are pleasant, or at least not unpleasant, but we have had to ask people to leave our store.
