BiggerPockets Marketplace Success for Posting Properties

Hello BP community,

I am from the Sacramento area and new to bigger pockets. I love the whole premise and idea of this site. What better way to succeed then by surrounding yourself with other like-minded and motivated individuals!

I just listed one of my properties on the marketplace, and I am curious if anyone else has had success selling property to other investors through the Marketplace?

It seems like a great opportunity for investors to get off market opportunities, and I would much rather deal investor-to-investor than with first time home-buyers if publicly listed on the MLS.

Please feel free to share successes or disappointments (if any) about the marketplace?
