I think they are hurting for cash, since they didn't complete building the rest of the development (empty lots).

If anyone else has been down this road (newbie venturing into a self-storage development project), I'd welcome any insight or recommendations!!!

So as the eagle grew and developed, its discontent became more and more evident.

My focus is on purchasing multi-family homes in the Boston area using a buy and hold strategy to develop continual passive income.

The fire service was a great profession and I loved it, but making ends meet was difficult at best.  

I am looking to focus on flipping in the Massachusetts market while also developing a steady growing portfolio of buy and hold rentals.
