New guy from NM pursuing a dream

Hello,

My name is Art and newly retired from the fire service.  I am looking for a new direction in life and to find my 2nd career.  My wife and I have always dreamed of purchasing a business in the mountains and living there.  Every year we go to the mountains in Colorado and hate to leave when the trip is over.  We would love to purchase an RV park.  It would be a permanent residence as well an occupation. But RV parks are not cheap.  How does one go about in trying to purchase one with little avaliable capital, and no real estate background.  Am I pursuing a dream that is out of reach?  Is this even the right arena or forum to ask these questions?

Arthur

your in luck.
I live in Albuquerque, and have an office in Rio Rancho.
been doing all sorts of real estate for decades. why don't you reach out to me, lets set a time to sit down, and I can lay out the basics pretty quickly. and we can talk about how quickly you can find and acquire a RV park. (capital is not the issue)

drop me a line here on BP and we can go from there.
