The certified funds would be waiting for them at our attorney's office (not paid out at the property). 

Just like with any service provider, you need to do your due diligence and find a reputable loan officer who offers good rates.

I wouldn't go with a deposit taking organization (i.e. a bank) as nowadays they are doing a minority of the loan originations.So, I look at it as a matter of service, but the mortgage company but really the loan officer.

Tell her to file a complaint with the police and you need to let the HOA know that there is a problem.

Have you considered other commercial property, such as office, retail, or industrial space?
