I have put architectural grade shingles on houses where everyone else had plain old 3 tabs and since my houses always showed better than others in the neighborhood, paint etc, I feel I got my money's worth.

Old people and technology.....There wasn't any cost because Docusign allows a couple free uses. 

All of which people go to school for years.

Some basics, House is 3-4 bedrooms 2 bath, old house with original wood work (pretty nice).

If the old investor (that made the repairs) doesn't want to redeem, then the new investor has a deed and wouldn't be any different if it was a homeowner. 

but these costs are just out of the stratosphere and what to mitigate a Salamander.. its not like we are paying for schools  Police  fire hospital or some other offset.No wonder there is no affordable new construction in many parts of the country..
