Baltimore has halted all evictions and we basically are stuck because the rent courts aren’t taking cases either we recommended she file for unemployment benefits immediately and reach out to church, friends, family and local united way for any assistance they can get to pay her rent.

Me and my partners are likely going to be purchasing our first property before the end of the year, something that has being on the top of my mind is that two years ago I filed a consumer Proposal with tanked my credit score for a reason. when purchasing properties as a syndication, would any potential deals be hindered if one of the partners has a bankruptcy?

You would have ongoing filing requirements with the State and would need to keep business records and documentation.You also want to look at whether a pass-through entity helps your bottom line and your taxes.

Among the things that ended up being required of me to build up my DTI: a). pay down all credit cards to zero, b) file for social security despite not needing it yet c) take my first 2 mos. withdrawals from my IRA (not needed yet either) d) two of my different SFR tenants have started "home preschools" which landlord is required to accept under Calif. law, and one was backed by a major corporation, but the loan had to be switched to a third property because the HUD (I think) guidelines which allow the lender to re-sell the loan won't allow for "care homes" or "pre-schools" on the property.

I have an account with Experian and for some reason they deleted one of my rental addresses from my profile , and now I've been trying to add it again , plus change another wrong rental address.I called Experian and they said I should contact my creditors  ( I have no mortgage) , and ask them to contact Experian with the correct addresses in the form of a letter.I have one bank account cc on file at Experian and they said I could contact them to do this (just a regular bank).
