Experian account does not contain my rental address

Hi all,

Hope everyone is doing well under the circumstances.

I'm lucky my tenants are able to pay their rent as their work is essential.

Anyway, I've been worried about some issues .I asked about home title lock in my old account , but couldn't get my new email verified with that account and change email didn't help, only creating a new account.

So if anyone thinks, this question was asked not too long ago, that's because that's me and now I can reply :)

So, my question was about this home title deed (scam?). From what I understand it's not essential?

Also I read somewhere that having no mortgage (properties paid for in cash) protects you against this type of theft , is that true ?

For my next issue.

I have an account with Experian and for some reason they deleted one of my rental addresses from my profile , and now I've been trying to add it again , plus change another wrong rental address.

I called Experian and they said I should contact my creditors  ( I have no mortgage) , and ask them to contact Experian with the correct addresses in the form of a letter.

I have one bank account cc on file at Experian and they said I could contact them to do this (just a regular bank).

Does anyone have any experience with this ?

I feel uncomfortable sending a letter with so much personal information .  The letter would need copy of driver's license and copy of my cc included as well , plus all rental addresses.

So unless I know this is oke to do and will fix my issues with Experian , I'm unsure.

Hope someone has some insight. I tried to keep this as short and clear as possible :)

Thanks!
