I am renting a house at the moment and I'm wondering if I should: - Use the $50k for a deposit and buy a house for me to live in, and then I'll have no money left until I sell the inheritance house which I don't know how long it's going to take since it is for sale since last summer;- Use the $50k to buy a house to rent (Airbnb or normal renting) and make a profit from it whilst continuing to rent myself until I sell the inheritance house- Buy nothing until I sell the inheritance houseI am so confused what to do!

Hey @Anthoney Hanks, not completely similar but here I go: my wife and I started on this last year, we bought a house in Arlington made it rent... at that moment I was working full and she part time... the house had some problems and she helped a lot in dealing with the tenants and make the repairs needed... after some time she got a full time job so I understood she can not do that anymore, as also we have kids and they have activities and stuff... anyway, long story short I just recently hired a property manager not because the house had any problems and the tenants have been good, but just thinking about the future in case "anything happens"...
