Move the sink tot he lift and then put the dishwasher to the right of the sink.

Also on the topic of a roof top garden, which sounds like one hell of a lawsuit without a fence, I'd have a structural engineer spec the weight capabilities of your building.

I'd it possible to still enforce the weight restriction without violating antidiscrimination laws or fair housing?

I  notice that it is tilting to one side and I can actually lift that side up to an extent.  

Going by weight/size seemed too variable and hard to determine.

Everyone works from home now and even when the orders are lifted do you really think the top executives aren’t going to start unloading their over-bloated leases in order to downsize and reduce the amount of workspace and bottom-line costs?
