I can't speak to the market you're looking at specifically-- However a mix, with most weight on sold and pending (if listing agent is able to share terms) and a bit of weight on active is common in balanced and buyer markets. 

Starting from 2016 she has several things like giving false information to law enforcement officers, Shop lifting, battery and more giving false identity to law enforcement officers and then the felony for identity theft.

Since you already use TurboTax, you can connect the two come tax time & take out some of the heavy lifting!
