Shawn thats a good Question I hired a few People an some are new an Young an they don't have references an they never asked for it but i won't let that stop me i let them Prove it to me an i take before and after Pics an when they are done i give them a reference an school them as its good to have since there are bad apples out there that spoils it for most off them.Just My 2 Cents :)Elia

The limits to Renatus is up to you.Just like a class in math from a University could lead to...hmm anything so can anything...its all relative to what YOU (each individual) may (or may NOT) choose to do in life and the exposure or lack of it depending on the choices made.Doing what is enjoyable & feels right matters most is up to the individual. :)I agree with @Michael Mearlon ASK questions!!

I was inspired by friends who were doing well in real estate, so I spent all of my “free” time driving, running, cooking, etc listening to these podcasts, which helped me cope with the lack of work/life balance and to discover a way out of this corporate nonsense.Fortunately, by listening to Josh and Brandon, as well as other sources I’ve found, I’ve discovered the power of passive income through rental property.
