Maybe you posted the answer but I'm curious why you insist in on "being unemployed and homeless" in LA while there are plenty of job opportunities in other parts of the country where the housing costs are not as ridiculous as where you are?

Very last thing you do is record the mylars and final plat. and wa la you have lots to build on .Are you thinking its Pre plat approved.. very common to sell at pre plat approvals.. then you have conditions attached to those that if you meet them you can go to final plat if you can't meet them your stuck..
