Is LA a market that's conducive to Wholesaling success?

Hey guys, would love any insight you all might have on wholesaling in the Los Angeles market and which areas specifically are the best to find motivated sellers? New to the game here and looking to be successful enough in it to be able to quit my job in the next three months. Like most newbies, I need so much guidance it's overwhelming. Please help if you can and let me know what I can do to return the favor :)

Agree with others ... not that you can't do it, but that the competition is much more than you can imagine. There are quite literally thousands of other newbies, flippers, seasoned wholesellers alike right at this very moment that are actively in the market trying to do exactly what you describe, and most of them will fail. So, the question is what are you going to do differently to give you an edge that will allow you to succeed where they can not or will not? That is the question you will need to find a real and actionable answer to before you can find success in this arena. BTW, I could say the same thing about many other forms of REI in SoCal ... the stakes are high, the competition is fierce, but if you can crack the code the rewards are also tremendous (which is why the competition is fierce in the 1st place).
