Hi Bigger Pockets Community.  I'm Melvin Hayes from Los Angeles, CA.  I have worked in the film business for over 10 years and I own a triplex in rent controlled area in Los Angeles and I have just discovered Bigger Pockets.  I'm looking to fully transition out of the day to day of answering to supervisors and acquiring more & more units.  I have just began the process of looking for my next property.  I hope to find like-minded friends, and fellow landlords/property owners in the Los Angeles area.
