I am 46 and building a portfolio for the future of my kids.

This is a crazy time with so many that are or will be out of work, the debt going beyond belief (thanks we get to pass that down to our grand kids faster now), and who knows what else will happen.

I get turned away every time I want to start a new relocation with my 4 kids but no one will let me show them that I can and will pay my rent on time I feel like my past keep trying to bite mr in the but buns

Now these parent’s will need to arrange something else for their kids.

I don’t want to let a virus get in the way so have been exploring avenues such as forums and other discussions.

There may be delays caused by filing unemployment but they should get the additional $2,400 a month on top of their regular unemployment and they get $1,200 per adult and $500 per kid.

In the meantime,  my kids (who are both contractors) are about to be making more money than me soon!

One of our neighbors did replace his entire system & then after the $15k install they had to rip out the entire leech field again as the kid running the heavy equipment drove over it crushing all the leech field chambers!!!

I've had security deposits paid for by programs helping with specific situations (ex. domestic violence charity to help a woman and her kids get into a different home.)
