New investor guidance

Hello, I am an newer investor (in the game for a few months) in Houston, TX and am looking to find and connect with people in the field. Ultimately, I would like to shadow someone so I can learn the process and see first hand what going through a deal is like. I'm hoping to catch a BRRRR or MFR deal in action, but would be happy witnessing anything from wholesaling to fix/flips and etc. Most of all, I'm looking forward to meeting people some great like minded people!

I’m always in the market for meeting people and networking to learn from them. I don’t want to let a virus get in the way so have been exploring avenues such as forums and other discussions. If you have some creative ways to network, please let me know!
