I've been told a single fold doesn't really devalue it.I've searched around the internet and seen notes as low as $2 and as high as $80 but mine is the only one I've seen with an original value of $250.

Wandering around the Internet, I came across two multi-family properties located next to each other.One is a 2-door, built in 1900, 1,893 Sqft, 0.6 acres, priced at 235,000The other is a 4-door, built within the past 50 years, 3,500-4,000 Sqft,  2.5 acres, priced at $129,000.Why such a difference in pricing?

If i leave my home to my heirs and passaway with it in my possession they dont' pay any depreciation recapture OR capital gains tax, whatever the property is worth at the time of my death is the new basis for my heirs.After searching the internet for 1031 exchange information(everyone seems to copy the same block of text from each other which adds to noise), I wasn't using the correct terminology.
