Question for Internet sleuths

In the last few weeks there have been a lot of small signs in yards saying "We'll buy your house" and the link website 2020houses.com  When I go to the that website, the first line says "We buy homes in Coffeyville" and that's my town.

This town is pretty crappy.  The website says they have already bought 17 homes.  Why would anyone be buying houses in Hades unless they know something I don't.  Perhaps they know that in the future there is going to be a demand for housing and the market prices are going to go up?

I tried to find the owner of the website, but no luck.  It's by Godaddy, but it doesn't list who owns it.  Can any of you find out?
