Hello bigger pockets community, I wanted to thank all of you for sharing such a great information about real estate investing. 

The PM company is adamant about them not releasing information until their current tenants submit an application to release information.  

He usually has a very informative presentation from a guest speaker, And if you're looking to make connections there's almost always agents, lawyers, and of course (very) seasoned investors in the group.  

A few days later I hear that the Senior Underwriter has my file and is "asking for more information" 4 letters including 2 more from my local union in Miami later and she denied my loan.

I am very thirsty for information and I want to get the ball rolling so any thoughts or advice would be awesome! 

I'm excited to learn information and hopefully become financially free!

I was not informed on any of the illegal work until after I closed. 

So, it's not how or what information you gather but how you use that information, is it fair, honest, evenly applied to everyone and justified?
