ThanksGuy:The valve we are testing is on a smaller property, so is for the entire building, but you could use them on a per-unit basis.In purpose-built multiunit buildings if the water is run independently to each unit .. or trunk and T-lines along central corridor on each level, I would consider sub-metering the water.
