Hey All,

My name is Roy,

I want to start invest in real estate.

In the past week I'm learning every day about real estate, the basics and stuff.

I have a friend that invest in Clevland, and I want to do that too(I have never been in Clevland).

My budget is around 50k.

I have few questions about before you buy the property:

1. What is the best area for my budget?

2. What and how do you check about area for investment?

3. How you decide to buy a house? what you check?

Any tips to get into this investment world will help.

I'm reading now the Ultimate Beginners Guide to Real Estate investing of BiggerPockets website, there are a lot of info there, but I want to take it one step ahead.

So what is your suggestions?

Thank you very much!
