Yes, this is incredibly frustrating and I thought we were all past it. 

I did not believe this was going to happen but we're seeing some incredible value growth that doesn't look like it's going to slow down anytime soon.

While there are many techniques out there to invest with very little cash, they are generally more "advanced/complicated" and carry more risk.P.S. 

So far I have been able to meet some incredible individuals in the real estate space, and I have a mentor who will meet with me every two weeks for 2 hours (a big time developer in Columbus and along the east coast).I pay about $20k/year for those connections, and I have to do school work and exams so I can keep my status as a student.
