2020 Has Been a True Test of Resiliency in Real Estate

Let's face it: 2020 hasn't been good for many industries. 

I feel relieved and excited about the resiliency of the single family residential investment market. I did not believe this was going to happen but we're seeing some incredible value growth that doesn't look like it's going to slow down anytime soon.
