Wayfair has decent selection and I like that you can read extensive reviews to ensure you know what you are getting.  

He selects great tenants, deals with issues with compassion and decisiveness as needed. 

With our goals we are selecting locations based on year round occupancy and profit first, our wanting to visit there second. 

We currently use the Nest cameras at my personal condo, but I'm not overly impressed with all you get for your money...

@Satyam Mistry that is impressive that you are buying so fast.

The risk is very low of injury and so is the cost to mitigate it.In my personal experience, I have downgraded outlets to 2-prong because I didn't know about just doing the label, installed GFCIs, grounded selected circuits to the cold water line, and rerun/replaced circuits to rewire the house during a rehab. 

@Michael BaumIt has an algarihthim and there is codes that are already preset for a infinite amount of date combinations and it basically retrieve that code when you select the date range you want.

Before I chose him I talked to most of the active participants on this forum who are providers and would say they ALL impressed me more with their patience, attention to cluing me in details to be aware of etc... compared to some of the 'big providers'.
